The Pushmowers are a four-piece electric band from Niskayuna, NY playing classic blues-rock, pop-rock and country from the 1960s into the 1990s using natural instrumentation without backing tracks, synthesized or special sound effects. The Pushmowers are:

John Deal – electric bass, keyboards, vocals and soundstage manager
Chris Jakubowski – electric guitar, harmonica and vocals
Joe Carr – electric guitar, acoustic guitar and vocals
Marty Knowlton – drums, percussion and vocals

Latest News

The Pushmowers played a show at Lazy Bear Ice Cream in Broadalbin, NY on June 27, 2026 to a small but enthusiastic crowd. You can listen to some multi-track audio of the show on the audio page.
